Why don't my numbers match TikTok?
Check reporting dates first. Star Captain reports on GMT-8, so the day changes at 4 PM Beijing time all year. Sync can lag by a few minutes; final refund status comes from the platform.
How is staff performance calculated?
Orders are grouped by account owner. When ownership changes, results use the new owner. Staff do not need to report totals manually.
